Big Day for IPOs: Manba Finance Goes Public, Diffusion Engineers Concludes Offer

Manba Finance is set to make its stock market entrance on both the BSE and NSE, while Diffusion Engineers Ltd’s Rs 158-crore public offering wraps up. Meanwhile, the SME segment is seeing new opportunities with the IPOs of Paramount Dye Tec, Subam Papers, and NeoPolitan Pizza and Foods opening for investors today.

Mainboard Highlights

Manba Finance, a non-banking financial company specializing in loans for two- and three-wheelers, will be listed today on the BSE and NSE after closing its Rs 151-crore IPO on September 25. Priced between Rs 114-120 per share, the IPO saw strong demand, with grey market trading suggesting a 50% premium for the stock ahead of its listing.

Meanwhile, Diffusion Engineers Ltd, a producer of welding consumables and heavy machinery, is concluding its IPO today. This Rs 158-crore issue, open since September 26 with a price range of Rs 159-168 per share, was oversubscribed 27.19 times by September 27. The company’s shares are expected to list on October 4.

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd will reveal the allotment status for its IPO today, following its Rs 341.95-crore issue, which closed on September 27 after being subscribed 11.5 times. Shares were offered at Rs 209-220, with a lot size of 65, and the listing is slated for October 3 on both the BSE and NSE.

Quick-service restaurant chain NeoPolitan Pizza and Foods is opening its Rs 12-crore SME IPO today, priced at Rs 20 per share, with subscriptions open until October 4.

Additional Listings and Closures

Several SME IPOs, including Nexxus Petro Industries, Forge Auto International, Sahasra Electronics Solutions, and Divyadhan Recycling Industries, are closing for subscription by the end of the day.
